FAMILY DINNERS: 

Bake 8x8 pan of enchiladas uncovered at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until bublly!  Toss salad with cilantro ranch and enjoy :) 

Bake 8x8 pan of lasagna covered at 375 for  35 minutes. Take foil off and bake for additional 15-20 minutes or until bubbly. Toss salad with ranch and enjoy! 

LUNCH N STUFF:

Italian Minestrone soup- make it hot! Warm on the stovetop or microwave! 

Veggie Buddha Bowls! We like to eat them chilled but you can certainly warm them up if you want.  Microwave for 45 seconds or warm up in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 

BREAKFAST:

Bacon Breakfast Tacos! Warm potatoes, eggs, and bacon in a pan over medium heat. Fill tortillas with mix and top with salsa! 

Veggie frittata! Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Or microwave for 1 min or until warm
